So I thought I’d try a static blogging setup. The freedom from relying on editors and dynamic software stacks and whatnot seems interesting, and the state-of-the-art has advanced considerably from the days of HTML pre-processors.
This does have a couple of disadvantages, one of which is that the whole thing is in a different place to my old blog (which is more a choice) and the other is that options such as commenting and suchlike don’t really exist.
